What is the dress code for your wedding?
Colorful. Creative. Cocktail. Cowboy! We want everyone to come festive and ready to boogie. The weather will most likely be in the low 80s during the day and cool off into the evening, but we’'ll be heating it up on the dance floor. Dresses, jumpsuits and suits are recommended. Cowboy boots for the reception are highly encouraged. Keep in mind the wedding is completely outdoors on natural footing, so stilettos are not advised.
Is there a hotel room block?
Yes there is! I’m so glad you asked. We have a hotel room block at the Inn at the Vines in Napa. You can get a special rate by booking directly through this link here.
Are children welcome?
Children are most welcome at the wedding! Please make sure to indicate them on your RSVP. We are hosting adults and teens only at the rehearsal dinner. If you would like help arranging childcare, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Will there be vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free food options?
Yes! We will have options to fit all dietary needs. Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions on your RSVP. The food will be passed by servers, so please be responsible for knowing what you are eating. If you are unsure if a dish fits your needs, please ask the catering staff and they will be more than happy to help answer any of your questions.
What precautions are you taking around COVID-19?
All wedding events will be hosted outdoors in an attempt to mitigate potential transmission of COVID-19, as health professionals say outdoor transmission is lower than indoor. We are also asking that all guests who can safely be vaccinated do so by the time of our wedding. We will be keeping an eye on the evolving COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions as the wedding approaches. We will individually update all guests if further action is required on your part.
